GRAPHIQ STUDIO LLC ("Graphiq," "we," "us") operates graphiq.art and builds software products, including the mobile game RoboPenguin. We also operate, as doing-business-as (DBA) brands, Clausign (clausign.com) and Fregio (fregio.ai), a tool for creating and hosting WordPress websites. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It covers this website and our apps unless a section says otherwise; where one of our products publishes its own privacy policy on its own site, that policy governs for that product.

If you contact us through this site (e.g. by email), we receive whatever you send us — your email address and the content of your message — and use it only to respond to you. We don't sell this information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

graphiq.art is hosted on Vercel. Like any web server, it processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix errors, and keeps these logs only for a limited time. The site uses no analytics or advertising trackers and sets no cookies of its own. When you open the checkout, Stripe's script loads and may set the cookies Stripe needs to process payments and prevent fraud. Links to other sites (for example our clients' sites or social networks) are governed by those sites' own policies.

When you buy in the GRAPHIQ shop, you pay in Stripe's checkout. Stripe collects your card details, name, email and billing address to process the payment; we never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email, what you bought and whether the payment went through, and use them to deliver the work, send receipts and keep our accounts. Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy.

If you send an inquiry from the shop, we receive your name, email, company and message, and use them only to reply with a scope and a price. The project brief you send after buying is stored in our database (Neon) with your name and email, so we can prepare and run your project, and we email you a copy. If you book a call, we put your name, email, phone number (if you give one) and note into our calendar (Apple iCloud) to hold the meeting, and email you the invite; calls run on Jitsi Meet in the browser. Our emails go out through our mail provider, Spacemail. We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. What you agree to when you buy is set out in our Terms & Refunds.

If you subscribe at the end of a blog post, we store your email address, the post you subscribed from and when you subscribed and confirmed, in our database (Postgres hosted by Neon through Vercel, in the United States). We first send one email with a confirmation link, and you only get the note after you click it. The note comes about once a month (a recap of our work and writing, new posts, and an offer now and then) and goes out through our mail provider, Spacemail. Every email has an unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe we stop sending and keep only the record that you left, so we never write to you again by mistake; ask us at hello@graphiq.art to delete it completely.

RoboPenguin does not require an account, a name, an email address, or any other personal identity to play. What the app does collect:

• Advertising data. RoboPenguin shows ads via Google AdMob (rewarded and interstitial formats). Google and its advertising partners may collect device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) and other data to serve and measure ads, and — where you have consented, as described below — to personalize them. See Google's Privacy Policy and Ads Settings for details on how Google handles this data.
• Consent (EEA/UK). If you're in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, RoboPenguin shows a consent form (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before any ad is requested, so you can choose whether ads are personalized.
• Leaderboard. If you submit a run to the "who flew the farthest" leaderboard, we store the nickname you chose, the distance for that run, and an anonymous, random per-install identifier (not tied to your name, email, or device hardware ID). This is public — anyone can see the leaderboard. Don't use your real name as your nickname if you don't want it shown publicly.
• Gameplay/save data. Progress, currency, and settings are stored locally on your device. We don't receive this data ourselves.

We use Supabase to host the leaderboard database. Supabase processes that data on our behalf under its own security practices; we don't share it with anyone else.

RoboPenguin is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. Ad personalization is disabled for any audience marked as child-directed in accordance with Google's policies.

graphiq.art, the GRAPHIQ shop and our client services are meant for businesses and adults. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

We use AI tools in how we build and run our work — among them Claude (by Anthropic), ChatGPT (by OpenAI) and other AI tools for code, writing, images, video and audio. They help us design, write, review and ship faster, and fix things sooner. People at GRAPHIQ direct this work and review the results. AI is a tool in our workflow: it does not make decisions about you, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling that affects you.

When AI helps with a project or with a reply to you, the provider processes the content we give it (for example the text of a brief or a message) on its own servers, which may be in the United States, under its own terms and privacy policy. We share only what the task needs.

We do not use the information you give us — the content of messages you send us, briefs, or leaderboard entries — to train AI models, and we choose plans and settings under which AI providers do not use it to train theirs. If the way we use AI changes in a way that affects your data, we'll update this section and the date above.

Some of our products offer AI features to users directly — most notably Fregio, whose AI agents design, build, review, and deploy WordPress sites. Those features are part of the product and are governed by that product's own terms and privacy policy on its own site.

We don't sell personal data, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing. We share it only in these cases:

• Service providers. Companies that help us run the studio, each only for the purpose described in this policy: hosting (Vercel), databases (Neon, Supabase), payments (Stripe), email (Spacemail), calendar (Apple iCloud), video calls (Jitsi Meet), ads in our apps (Google AdMob) and AI tools (such as Anthropic and OpenAI).
• Our team. We work with a small team of trusted specialists and contractors. They see only what their part of a project needs and are bound to keep it confidential.
• Legal requests. When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public — for example in response to a valid court order.
• A change of ownership. If GRAPHIQ STUDIO LLC or one of its products is sold or merged, the data that belongs to it may pass to the new owner, who must keep honoring this policy.

Many of these providers are based in the United States or process data there. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the providers' data processing terms and standard contractual clauses.

We keep our sites and products maintained and up to date. Clausign and Fregio receive regular updates, maintenance and security fixes, and we keep the software and services they run on current. Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to our systems is limited to the people who need it for their work.

No system on the internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your personal data, we will tell you, and the authorities where the law requires it, without undue delay.

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the reason we collected it: messages, inquiries and project briefs for as long as the conversation or project needs and a reasonable time after; purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require; newsletter data until you unsubscribe (then only the record that you left); leaderboard entries until you ask us to remove them. Then we delete or anonymize it.

You can reset or withdraw ad consent at any time from the app's settings where offered by the platform, opt out of interest-based advertising through your device's ad settings, or contact us to ask what data we hold about a leaderboard entry and have it removed.

Depending on where you live — for example in the EU, the UK or California — you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent (the newsletter, personalized ads in our apps), you can withdraw it at any time. Write to hello@graphiq.art; we will answer within the time the law sets and will not treat you differently for asking.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, the legal bases we rely on are: performing a contract with you or taking steps you asked for (purchases, inquiries, booked calls); your consent (the newsletter, personalized ads); our legitimate interests (answering messages, keeping our sites secure, showing our work); and legal obligations (tax and accounting records). You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

All content, branding, designs, and software on graphiq.art, clausign.com, fregio.ai, and in our apps — including the Clausign and Fregio products themselves — is the intellectual property of GRAPHIQ STUDIO LLC (including its DBA brands) unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced or used without our permission.

We'll update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes, and update the date at the top.
