Amálie Pospíšilová runs AMI, a dental hygiene practice in Vyškov, Czechia. She works with Guided Biofilm Therapy, a gentle, step-by-step cleaning method most patients have never heard of before their first visit.
She came to us through a friend with a clear wish list. Explain the method so it feels human, not clinical. Speak both Czech and English. Get people from “I should book a cleaning” to an actual appointment in a few taps. And let her change the site herself, whenever something changes at the practice.
How we worked
We designed and built the site and put it live for her to try before anything was final. Together we went through three rounds of changes, until it felt like her practice: warm, calm and professional.
The keys are hers
