If a client says “I never signed that,” an opened email link and an IP address won’t settle it. Here is what Clausign records instead.

Picture this. You send an NDA, it comes back signed, and months later the other side says, “I never signed that.” What do you actually have?

With most e-signing, you have an email link that was opened, an IP address and a timestamp. That proves something happened in an inbox. It doesn’t prove who was sitting at it.

Proof that starts before the file opens

Clausign flips the order. Before anyone sees the document, they accept an NDA. If the file is sensitive, you can add an identity check with an ID and a short face video. Every step, from the consent and the session to the time and a fingerprint of the exact document, lands in one audit record you can download and hand to a lawyer or a client.

Who it’s for

Contractors and small businesses who send NDAs and contracts every week and don’t want an enterprise e-signing setup for every deal.
